Beale & Co further strengthens its insurance practice with leading professional indemnity Partner hire in London

Beale & Co is pleased to announce that Martin Jensen, a highly experienced insurance and professional indemnity Partner, has joined the Firm’s insurance practice in London.

Martin advises on high-value and complex claims involving solicitors, surveyors, insolvency practitioners, receivers, property agents, accountants and insurance brokers.  He also advises insurers on a wide range of complex policy coverage issues, including in relation to notification, aggregation, fair presentation and the application of various policy exclusions.

Martin will use this experience to build the Firm’s insurance practice, particularly in the fields of legal and financial professional indemnity work, serving both the domestic and international insurance markets and working closely with the teams in London, Bristol, Dublin and Dubai.

This appointment follows the recruitment of Ross Baker, PI and D&O Partner in February 2021. In March the Firm also appointed two new solicitors to its insurance practice – Zoe White and Samuel Attwood.
