Beale & Co expands into Scotland with opening of a new office

Leading international insurance and construction law firm Beale & Co are delighted to announce the opening of a new office in Glasgow, Scotland.

The Glasgow office marks a significant milestone in the Firm’s growth strategy, strengthening its offering in the insurance and construction market, which will now cover England & Wales, Scotland, the Republic of Ireland and the UAE.

The office will be led by Partner Lindsay Ogunyemi and fellow Partner Andrew McConnell. They will be joined by a team of five other highly skilled lawyers.

Lindsay is ranked by Chambers & Partners and recognised by Legal 500 as a ‘Leading Individual’ in the field of Professional Indemnity. She has 20 years of experience in resolving professional negligence claims against a wide range of professionals including solicitors, brokers, accountants, architects, surveyors and construction professionals.

Andrew, who specialises in the PI construction field, regularly handles high value, complex claims for various construction professionals including architects, structural engineers, M&E engineers and D&B contractors. He is recognised in the Legal 500 and as ‘Up and Coming’ by Chambers.

Joining Lindsay and Andrew are Senior Associates Iain Franklin and Eileen Sherry, Associate Conor Kenny and Solicitors Hannah Renneboog and Victoria Hayward.
