Beale & Co adds regulatory and competition law Partner to its corporate and commercial practice

Beale & Co is delighted to announce the arrival of Paul Henty as a new Partner in the Firm’s corporate and commercial practice. Paul joins from Charles Russell Speechlys LLP where he was co-head of the EU Competition Law practice.

Paul is a highly regarded Partner with significant expertise advising on a wide range of regulatory issues, including on Competition Law, Public Procurement and the Modern Slavery Act 2015. He also has extensive experience advising on more general corporate and commercial contracts, GDPR, the filing of regulatory complaints and assisting businesses of all sectors to achieve compliance. This is an area of increasing importance for our clients.

Paul joins Beale & Co’s specialist team of leading legal advisors to the construction, engineering and infrastructure sector. With a strong background in this sector, Paul will work closely alongside the Firm’s corporate and commercial Partner James Hutchinson, to service the firm’s construction sector client base but also assist clients in other industries.
