Beale & Co welcomes product recall Partner to its specialist insurance practice

Beale & Co is pleased to announce that Jason McNerlin, a highly experienced product recall lawyer, has joined the Firm’s insurance practice in London.

Jason, who brings over 20 years’ experience to the firm, advises on coverage aspects of product recall and contamination insurance policies for clients around the world.

Jason’s experience complements the Firm’s insurance practice which currently specialises in professional indemnity and financial risks services, across the domestic and international insurance markets. He will be working closely with those teams across the Firm’s London, Bristol, Dublin and Dubai offices.

Beale & Co’s insurance practice has seen a steady expansion to its team this year with the recruitment of two new Partners earlier in the year – Ross Baker, PI and D&O Partner and Martin Jensen, Insurance and PI Partner– and two solicitors, Zoe White and Samuel Attwood.
