Tom is a solicitor specialising in commercial and construction disputes. He has experience working and advising on dispute avoidance, adjudication, litigation, mediation, expert determination and international arbitration.
He has a particular interest in the IChemE, JCT, NEC and bespoke forms of contract. His expertise covers payment issues, defects, delay and disruption, loss and expense, variations, extension of time, termination, breach of contract and professional negligence.
Tom also has experience working in Singapore as part of an ICC arbitration.
