Sherry is an Associate Lawyer at Beale & Co’s Toronto office. Her practice is focused on construction contracts and project advisory.
Prior to joining Beale & Co, Sherry articled and practiced at a full-service law firm in the corporate & commercial group, where, among other things, she gained rich experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating complex bespoke agreements. Sherry also summered at a large national construction services firm in their legal department, where she became well-acquainted with standard form (CCDC) construction contracts. Her passion for the importance of well-drafted agreements began at law school, where she received the course prize in Contracts.
Sherry obtained her law and undergraduate degrees from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.
