Sean is a litigation lawyer who works with a wide range of international and domestic clients across a broad spectrum of contentious disputes. He have extensive experience in insurance defence litigation including Professional Negligence for solicitors, architects, engineers, building surveyors and insurance brokers and Employer Liability, Public Liability and Product Liability claims.
Sean also have experience in coverage disputes, subrogation and recovery.
