Kayleigh Rhodes

Professional Support Lawyer

London

Kayleigh Rhodes is a Professional Support Lawyer based in our London office, supporting our Construction group across the UK and collaborating closely with our international offices. She provides strategic input and specialist knowledge support on all core practice areas and services, helping to ensure that our lawyers and clients are equipped with current, practical insight into key legal and market developments.

Leveraging her experience as both a solicitor in a law firm and as an in‑house lawyer, Kayleigh brings a strong and commercial, industry‑focused perspective to her role. She is currently responsible for producing technical legal updates on key developments, delivering insights on emerging trends, preparing external publications, undertaking bespoke specialist legal research, and drafting commentary to support the delivery of knowledge services.

Kayleigh has an active external presence, including on social media. She has previously been engaged in a range of legal and construction industry networks, through which she contributes thought leadership and strengthens connections across the sector.

Kayleigh also plays a significant role in supporting learning and development. With previous experience as a trainee supervisor and a Legal Learning Manager, she contributes to the design and delivery of training programmes that further enhance legal capability and support professional growth within the firm.
