Emma joined the Professional Indemnity team at Beale & Co in January 2020, specialising in work for domestic, European and International insurers.
Emma qualified in 2018 having trained in a Dublin defence litigation practice which had an extensive portfolio of both personal injuries for insurers and large self-insureds to include semi state bodies together with professional indemnity matters against engineers, architects, solicitors and financial advisors. During her traineeship, Emma assisted on complex and high value employer’s liability, public liability, motor and property damage claims. Upon qualification, Emma worked for a UK firm here in Dublin advising on defamation claims for large self-insureds and personal injuries matters, to include catastrophic / fatal injuries claims for UK insurers.
Emma is a member of the Law Society of Ireland and the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.
