Cameron is an admitted Australian solicitor, having worked in the contentious construction team of a leading independent Australian law firm before joining Beale & Co in July 2022.

Clients that Cameron has worked for range from government to private owners, employers, contractors, engineering consultants and subcontractors.  He is experienced in various dispute resolution processes including litigation, arbitration, mediation and statutory adjudication.

This experience has been gained in a number of industry sectors including mining and resources, renewable energy, logistics, tourism, government, transport infrastructure (roads, rail and airports) and public infrastructure (hospitals and water treatment facilities).  The projects that Cameron has been involved in are located in multiple jurisdictions, including several states and territories of Australia, as well as in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Africa and the Caribbean.

Separate to formal dispute forums, Cameron also has experience in project delivery, contract administration and risk mitigation, working closely with clients to provide commercially-focussed solutions and assist them with the achievement of successful project outcomes.
