Brad Fearn

Senior Associate

London

Brad is a senior non contentious lawyer, qualified in both England & Wales and in Australia, with over 20 years’ experience advising on construction and engineering law in the UK and abroad. Brad provides advice on contractual, non-contentious and project advisory issues for real estate developments, infrastructure schemes, commercial property acquisitions /disposals and financing arrangements.

He has advised on projects in a several sectors including commercial property, logistics, student accommodation, later living, healthcare and rail. Brad has acted for Developers, Funders, Employers, Contractors and Consultants.

Brad advises on a range of standard form construction contracts, including NEC, JCT and FIDIC, bespoke construction contracts and ancillary documents. Brad also provides construction specialist advice on related project documents such as Development Agreements, Funding Agreements and Agreements for Lease.

Brad is a member of the Society of Construction Law, has contributed to industry press and presented annual lectures on construction law for the MSC in Project Management and Cost Consultancy at Reading University and the Society of Construction Law “Introduction to the Basics” seminar at Kings College London.
