Peter Fraenkel and Partners Ltd (PFP) and NIRAS announce that NIRAS has acquired a majority holding in PFP. Existing shareholders and operational directors Peter Martin and Roy Glenton remain as directors of PFP with Michael Hansen and Tim Norman of NIRAS appointed as two new directors.

Peter Martin of PFP stated “We are delighted to have attracted interest and substantial investment from NIRAS which will help us develop PFP’s ports and marine engineering capability. We have worked with NIRAS in the past and believe they are the ideal partner to help take the business forward, given their financial strength, resources and vast engineering expertise in areas complementary to the PFP business”.

Partner Michael Archer of Beale and Company acted as legal adviser to PFP on the transaction. NIRAS were advised by Copenhagen law firm, Plesner.
