Change in status of Beale & Co Dublin office to a limited liability partnership

As of 6 September 2021, Beale & Co in Dublin will be operating as a “limited Liability Partnership” (LLP) and its name will change to “Beale & Co LLP”.

This change in status is facilitated by the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015 and is a change that many law firms in Ireland are undergoing or have already undergone.

The change has no impact on client service or the manner in which we operate on a day-to-day basis. It merely means that the personal liability of the individual partners is limited.
