Beale & Co further strengthens its construction team with partnership promotion

Beale & Co is delighted to announce that Nadir Hasan has been promoted to its partnership with effect from 1 April 2024.

Nadir is a highly experienced lawyer in the Construction, Engineering and Infrastructure team working in the Firm’s London office.  His expertise spans all forms of dispute resolution and contracts and projects advisory work relating principally to construction and engineering matters, and large-scale infrastructure and energy projects, with an international focus. He represents a diverse range of clients including some of the world’s leading contractors, engineers and architects, designers, service providers and employers.

Nadir joined the firm in 2013 and, from early on in his career, has worked on complex matters involving projects in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as those in the UK.  He is well regarded by some of the Firm’s largest clients for his exceptional legal knowledge and understanding of the diverse challenges and nuances of working on projects in jurisdictions around the world.
