BEALE & CO ENHANCE D&O OFFERING WITH PARTNER PROMOTION IN LONDON

Beale & Co have promoted D&O specialist, Nathan Penny-Larter, to Partner in the firm’s London office.

Nathan is a highly experienced lawyer with particular expertise in advising insurers and their insureds on the defence of claims against directors and officers including in relation to issues involving (re)insurance and policy coverage.  He has spent a significant amount of time in the Financial Lines team of a global insurer where he gained invaluable industry experience and understanding of handling claims against directors and officers on a variety of issues.

Nathan also has an established professional negligence practice, managing claims against construction professionals in particular, but also defending those made against solicitors, accountants, surveyors and insurance brokers.

Nathan was recently ranked by the Legal 500 UK 2023 as a Rising Star for his expertise in Professional Negligence and as a Recommended Lawyer for his expertise in Insurance and Reinsurance Litigation.
