Beale & Co boost construction offering with hire of new Partner
Wednesday, 8th January 2020Beale & Co are delighted to announce the arrival of a new Partner in their Dublin office, Killian Dorney.
Killian is a specialist construction lawyer who brings a wealth of experience to Beale & Co. He worked with the Firm earlier in his career and re-joins from Ireland’s largest domestic corporate law firm, A&L Goodbody.
As a Recommended Lawyer in the Legal 500 EMEA for Construction, Killian acts for Employers, Contractors, Subcontractors and Consultants, as well as their insurers, in relation to all aspects of construction contracts, advising on the full suite of construction project documentation.
He also brings with him significant experience advising on construction related insurance matters and construction disputes, where he is particularly experienced in many forms of alternative dispute resolution including adjudication, mediation, conciliation and domestic and international arbitration.
Killian’s appointment enables the firm to further develop and enhance its construction capability in Ireland, the UK and internationally, particularly in relation to its contracts and projects advisory service.
