Beale & Co adds senior associate and associate to its contracts and project advisory practice

International Construction and Insurance specialist Beale & Co is pleased to announce the appointment of Senior Associate Tim Kittow and Associate Tom Howell to its Contracts and Project Advisory practice. Tim joins from Penningtons Manches Cooper and Tom from Pinsent Masons, where they were both respectively working within the construction, engineering and infrastructure sector.

Tim is highly experienced at advising on various different standard forms of construction contract as well as bespoke agreements and also regularly advises clients on associated / project documents. He has particular expertise in the energy, housing and commercial development sectors amongst a range of others.

Tom is an experienced non-contentious construction lawyer who specialises in working with procurers, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants across an array of infrastructure, energy and real estate projects in the UK and the EMEA region.

These appointments follow the promotion of Andrew Croft to Partner within the Contracts and Projects Advisory team earlier this year. Andrew joined the Firm as a trainee in 2009 and has played a key role in the growth and development of the team.
