Beale and Company strengthen construction practice

Beale and Company Solicitors are delighted to announce that Will Buckby has been promoted to Partner as of 1st April 2013.

Since joining Beale and Company in March 2011 from an international consulting engineering company, Will has advised on a range of development, construction and engineering matters both within the UK and internationally. Will has particular expertise in the highways sector, and advises on a range of other areas including education, health, hotels, offices, retail, mixed user commercial/retail and residential developments, stadia, data centres, rail, airports, marine and water.

Will’s recent notable projects include Sheffield Highways PFI, the London Highways Alliance, a major overland rail improvement scheme in the North of England procured through an alliance agreement, Detailed Masterplanning and Engineering Services for the Saudi Industrial Property Authority’s 2013 Industrial City programme of works, and the development of a Hotel in St Kitts.

Will’s promotion is a reflection of the success of Beale and Company’s highly regarded construction practice.
