November 2021
Michael Salau and Nathan Modell

As a firm we are proud to be part of the TCLP community which is a pro bono initiative that brings legal professionals together to collaborate and rewrite contracts to support communities and businesses in fighting the climate crisis and achieving net zero carbon emissions. To coincide with COP26, the United Nations Climate Change Conference, The Chancery Lane Project (TCLP) has expanded its Net Zero Toolkit by publishing further climate clauses for the insurance sector. The clauses form part of TCLP’s Net Zero Toolkit, which was launched last month and is designed to provide legal, business and sustainability professionals with the practical tools they need to embed net zero and sustainability commitments in their contracts.
