TCC strikes out £1.8m claim following Claimant’s improper service of its Claim Form

In the recent case of Glasshouse Group Limited v Greig Ling Limited (June 2014 – unreported), the TCC struck out the claim that was improperly served on the last day of the four-month period for service.
