Tim was a loss adjuster for a number of years before being admitted as a solicitor in 1991.
Throughout his career Tim has specialised in insurance and professional indemnity work.
Tim is primarily involved in the investigation and resolution of claims against construction professionals including architects, engineers, project managers and others. He has experience of all forms of dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediations.
He also has extensive experience dealing with disputes concerning professionals outside the construction industry.
Tim regularly advises Insurers on coverage and has acted in connection with many coverage disputes.
