Natalie Ledger

Associate

Natalie is an Associate in the firm’s Dubai office. She trained and qualified at Beale & Co, joining the firm’s construction, engineering and infrastructure team, specialising in dispute resolution.

Natalie has over 8 years experience working in the region and 7 years experience working in the construction industry. Prior to joining the firm, Natalie worked in the Project and Construction team of an international law firm based in Dubai, UAE.

Natalie has experience representing employers, contractors, construction professionals and their insurers on a wide range of disputes including litigation, arbitration and adjudication proceedings, and various methods of alternative dispute resolution.

In particular she has extensive experience of domestic arbitrations seated in Dubai, UAE, having worked on a number of multi-million US$ and AED disputes relating to the construction of major infrastructure and residential projects.

Natalie is on the committee for the Society of Construction Law (Gulf).
