Keith Lonsdale

Keith is a leading construction insurance lawyer, experienced in all types of construction related disputes both in the UK and internationally, mainly acting for construction professionals and their insurers but also acting for contractors and developers.

Prior to joining Beale & Co in 2018 Keith was a Partner at a leading insurance law firm.

Keith’s clients include insurers, construction professionals, brokers, contractors, developers, commercial and residential property owners. His practice covers all forms of construction dispute resolution in the UK, including litigation, arbitration and adjudication and frequently attends mediations and other forms of ADR.

Keith’s notable experience includes:

  • Acting for design professionals in relation to a major railway infrastructure project in the United Kingdom.
  • Representing construction professionals in relation to defect issues concerning multiple housing developments as well as in relation to bank monitoring schemes.
  • Representing construction professionals in relation to sports, residential and commercial development in UAE, Europe, South East Asia.
  • Acting for design professionals in relation to infrastructure projects in Asia Pacific and Africa.
