Emily Hunt

Solicitor

Emily joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in September 2019 and qualified into the firm’s construction, engineering and infrastructure team. She assists on contentious matters in the fields of professional negligence, construction and insurance, and has represented professionals and their insurers in a wide range of disputes including litigation, adjudication and mediation

Emily has particular experience in working as part of a team on high value multi-party contentious matters proceeding in the High Court.  She also has experience advising construction professionals in relation to Health and Safety Investigations.

During her training contract, Emily spent six months working within the firm’s Contracts and Projects Advisory team, assisting on non-contentious/project work and pre-disputes advisory work

Prior to joining Beale & Co, Emily worked as a Property Litigation paralegal.
