Ellie Eastwood

Solicitor

Ellie trained with Beale & Co, qualifying in March 2022 into the Corporate and Commercial team.

She assists on a wide range of corporate and commercial and non-contentious matters including, corporate transactions, procurement matters, commercial leasehold matters and project and pre-disputes advisory work. She also assists on contentious matters in the fields of professional negligence, construction and insurance and has represented professionals and their insurers in a range of disputes, including litigation and arbitration.

During her training contract, Ellie spent six months on secondment to a leading engineering professional services firm advising on a full range of corporate matters and a further six months on secondment to a leading design, engineering and project management consultancy where she assisted with advising on building contracts, professional appointments, and other ancillary project documents.

Prior to commencing her training contract, Ellie was a Paralegal with the firm.
