Conor is an associate in our Glasgow office, where he acts on behalf of insureds for various insurers across a wide range of professional indemnity matters, with a particular focus on defending court actions brought against construction professionals as well as solicitors under the Law Society of Scotland Master Policy. Prior to joining Beale & Co in 2024, he worked with two international law firms specialising in a wide range of insurance litigation, including property, commercial & contractual disputes, marine & aviation, and medical negligence.
He regularly appears in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland. Conor is experienced in dealing with both commercial and ordinary procedure in the Court of Session and Sheriff Courts as well as alternative dispute resolution processes. Conor is also a tutor of civil litigation and court procedure at the University of Strathclyde on the postgraduate diploma in professional legal practice.
