Caroline Pearson
Solicitor (New Zealand)
Prior to joining Beale & Co, Caroline practised for four years in the non-contentious construction teams of two national firms in New Zealand. She has worked with a wide range of clients, including central and local government, developers, contractors, consultants, and public infrastructure companies. Her experience spans several industry sectors, including defence, electricity, ports, and residential and commercial developments.
Caroline has advised on standard form and bespoke construction contracts, consultancy agreements, development agreements, and associated ancillary documents. More broadly, she has assisted clients during the procurement phase of projects as well as with wider contract administration.
In addition to her non-contentious experience, Caroline has assisted on contentious construction matters, including adjudications, expert determinations, and defects claims.
