Ben Couldrey

Ben joined Beale & Co in October 2022 as an Associate in the Contracts and Project Advisory team, having been a solicitor with +4PQE at Irwin Mitchell LLP (where he also completed his training contract).

Having first pursued a career as a barrister and gained considerable experience as a County Court advocate, following qualification as a solicitor, Ben joined Irwin Mitchell’s Construction and Engineering team where he undertook both contentious and non-contentious work for developer, contractor and consultant clients. During his time with Irwin Mitchell, Ben also gained invaluable experience of numerous forms of contract whilst seconded to one of the UK’s leading independent engineering and services businesses working across a variety of sectors within the building and infrastructure industries both in the UK and abroad.
