Senior Promotion at Beale & Co

International construction and insurance specialist Beale & Co is delighted to announce a new senior promotion within the Contracts and Projects Advisory Team.

With effect from 1 April 2021, Andrew Croft joins the Partnership of Beale & Co.

Andrew joined Beale & Co as a trainee in 2009 and since then has played a key role in the growth and development of Beale & Co’s leading Contracts and Projects Advisory Team.

Andrew’s experience has included advising on a number of significant and complex construction and infrastructure projects in the UK including, Crossrail, HS2, Swansea Bay Tidal Power and Network Rail’s first project alliance agreement. Andrew has also advised on high profile projects across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Far East.

As Beale & Co’s “BIM guru”, Andrew has also become a leading specialist in advising on the contractual implications of BIM, having been involved in drafting the CIC BIM Protocol first and second edition and the ISO 19650-2 Information Protocol.

Andrew is also heavily involved in key industry groups as a member of the Construction Leadership Council’s COVID-19 Contractual Best Practice group, as well as the legal liability panels of the Construction Industry Council and the Association for Consultancy and Engineering.
