Global Insurance Law Connect (GILC), an international network of law firms specialising in insurance law, has this month published their annual Risk Radar Report. The report contains a collection of insights from leading specialist insurance law firms across 21 countries. For the first time this report focuses on one topic, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and details the growing awareness globally of ESG risks and how the insurance industry is well positioned to respond. As a new member of the GILC network and a strong believer in the principals of ESG, we were delighted to contribute to this year’s report for the UK and Irish sectors.
