BEALE & CO WELCOMES SENIOR APPOINTMENT TO ITS CONSTRUCTION, ENGINEERING AND INFRASTRUCTURE GROUP

International construction law specialists Beale & Co has welcomed senior lawyer Brad Fearn as Senior Associate to its Contracts and Projects Advisory Team, based in London.

With over 20 years’ experience advising on construction and engineering law in the UK and internationally, Brad advises on contractual and project advisory issues for real estate developments, infrastructure schemes, commercial property acquisitions/disposals and financing arrangements. Over his career Brad has worked at several London city firms with established construction teams both as an associate and a partner.

His experience extends to advice on projects in the commercial property, logistics, student accommodation, later living, healthcare and rail sectors, where he has acted for contractors, the professional team, developers, funders, and employers.

Beale & Co’s Contracts and Projects Advisory Team has seen rapid expansion over the last few years. Brad’s joining follows the promotion of Nadir Hasan to the firm’s partnership and in April this year, several promotions within the team as announced here, as well as the recruitment of solicitor Rebecca Richter in the summer and trainee Rhia Gould qualifying into the team in September.

Brad’s appointment brings Beale & Co’s Contracts and Projects Advisory Team to more than 20 experienced lawyers working across its offices in the UK, Ireland and Dubai – one of the largest front end construction teams in the legal sector.
