International construction law specialists Beale & Co have welcomed Partner Peter Kitson and Associate Ben Couldrey to the Firm’s Contracts and Projects Advisory Team. Peter was previously a partner with Russell Cooke and Ben a solicitor at Irwin Mitchell.

Peter has specialised in transactional contracts and projects advisory law for almost 20 years, acting for contractors and consultants, as well as developers, investors and funders on a wide range of projects in the UK and internationally.

Ben, having first pursued a career as a barrister, has worked on construction and engineering matters since qualification and gained invaluable experience whilst seconded to one of the UK’s leading independent engineering and services business.

The Firm’s Contracts and Projects Advisory Team has seen rapid expansion over the last few years, and has advised on some of the biggest construction and infrastructure projects across the globe. With 20 lawyers working across its offices in the UK, Ireland and Dubai, it is now one of the largest front end construction teams in the legal sector.
