Rob’s extensive career most recently includes leadership roles at DWF and WBD, before which Rob held significant positions at WRB Underwriting and Ince & Co, where he expertly handled claims against professionals and provided strategic advice on general insurance and reinsurance disputes for many years.

Renowned for his ability to manage large losses and navigate complex policy disputes, Rob is widely recognised as a ‘high-end achiever’ and an exceptional negotiator, particularly skilled in mediation. His depth of knowledge, practical experience and his grasp of the intricacies of the insurer, insured and broker relationship make him an asset to Beale & Co’s insurance offering.
