The TCC provides welcome guidance on global claims, claims for extensions of time and concurrent delay

The case concerned a series of disputes in respect of a high end residential development at Boltons Place, London. The building contract was based on the JCT Standard form of Building Contract 1998 Edition, Private Without Quantities. A number of problems arose throughout the project with the contractor obtaining a number of extensions of time.
