Release of a consultative draft of the Infrastructure Conditions of Contract (Measurement Version), second edition

A consultative draft of a second edition of the Infrastructure Conditions of Contract (Measurement Version) was issued in December 2013. The final version of this will form the template for new versions of the other contracts in the ICC suite.
