Beale & Co appoints leading insurance partner, Claire Revell, to the partnership

Beale & Co is delighted to welcome highly experienced insurance lawyer Claire Revell to its partnership. Claire joins the firm’s top-tier professional negligence team in Bristol, further strengthening its market-leading insurance practice. Previously a partner at RPC for over five years and a key member of its insurance group, Claire brings a wealth of expertise to Beale & Co’s top-ranked team.

Since qualifying in 2008, Claire has specialised in advising on professional negligence matters, with a particular focus on claims involving legal and accountancy professionals. Her expertise spans defence work, coverage, and regulatory advice, and she regularly acts for professional indemnity insurers on complex coverage issues.

Claire handles a wide range of matters – from straightforward claims to high-value, multi-party disputes – always bringing a commercial mindset and strong technical analysis to the issues at hand.
