Beale & Co announces partnership promotion for 2023

Beale & Co is delighted to announce that Nic Pegg has been promoted to its partnership with effect from 1 October 2023.

Nic is based in the Firm’s Bristol office and is an experienced professional indemnity, construction disputes and insurance lawyer. Highly regarded by those he works with, Nic acts for professionals including architects, consultants, engineers, contractors and surveyors. Nic’s strong reputation in construction disputes stems from his experience of delivering project advisory services. He frequently represents clients at all stages of litigation, arbitration and adjudication.  He also regularly advises a wide range of insurer clients on matters of policy coverage, including complex design and build matters, and in respect of mitigation of loss and recovery actions.

Nic completed his training contract at the Firm, qualifying in 2008. In 2016 he moved to the in-house legal department of a leading international engineering consultancy, where he was known for delivering clear strategic commercial advice for both Insured and Insurer clients. He returned to Beale & Co in 2020.
