Tim Kittow
Senior Associate
Tim specialises in non-contentious construction, engineering and infrastructure matters, in the UK and internationally.
Tim is highly experienced at advising on various different standard forms of construction contract including JCT, FIDIC, NEC, MF/1, ICC, IChemE and LOGIC, as well as bespoke agreements. Tim also regularly advises clients on associated / project documents such as development agreements, O&M contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, parent company guarantees, and joint venture agreements.
Tim has particular expertise in the energy, housing and commercial development sectors, and advises on a wide range of other areas including rail, highways and utilities.
Earlier in his career, Tim spent four years working in the in-house legal team at international consultancy Arcadis (formerly Hyder Consulting).
