Upon graduation Thomas gained experience in transactional law whilst interning at the Shanghai branch of the largest international law firm in China.
Prior to joining Beale & Co Thomas has worked for UK international law firms with a practice consisting primarily of subrogated property damage claims on behalf of large insurer clients. Upon qualifying as a solicitor Thomas gained exposure to technical subrogated claims following subsidence property damage. In addition, Thomas has experience in pursuing professional negligence claims, injunctive relief proceedings and statutory compensation claims at the Lands Chamber Upper Tribunal.
Thomas now specialises in defending claims against construction professionals including architects, engineers and contractors. In addition he provides policy coverage advice.
