Michelle Rogers
Solicitor
Michelle is a solicitor in the Bristol office representing insurers and their insureds in the defence of professional negligence claims against professionals such as solicitors, accountants, financial advisors, surveyors, architects and design & build contractors. Michelle also advises professional indemnity insurers on policy coverage.
Michelle joined Beale & Co’s Claims Handling team in February 2017, before commencing her training contract at the firm in September 2018. During part of her training contract, Michelle was seconded to the Financial Risks claims’ department of a global professional indemnity insurer, handling claims against surveyors, construction professionals, brokers, insurance underwriters and banks.
Prior to joining Beale & Co, Michelle gained litigation experience assisting on high-profile cases in various national law firms and assisted in a global anti-money laundering investigation of a FTSE 100 company, liaising with key stakeholders in Portugal and the Netherlands.
Michelle is fluent in Portuguese and Dutch.
