Jackie has considerable experience in handling insurance disputes, in particular coverage and professional negligence claims across a number of jurisdictions.
She has practiced in Dublin since 2019 and defended High Court and Commercial Court professional negligence claims against a variety of professionals including architects, engineers, surveyors, solicitors, accountants, financial advisors and insurance brokers. Also advises clients on policy wording and alternative forms of dispute resolution including mediation and adjudication.
Jackie is also a member of the Law of Society of Ireland.
