Pauline is a Senior Associate in our Dublin office.

Pauline has extensive experience in the defence of solicitors, architects and other professionals in property and construction related disputes in court proceedings and mediations on the instructions of their professional indemnifiers.

Pauline advises professional indemnifiers in respect of policy and coverage disputes in insurance contracts and has acted in associated arbitration.

She also has experience in advising and acting for local authorities and their indemnifiers in respect of personal injury claims as well as the defence of local authorities against claims of property damage, alleged breaches of environmental legislation and casual trading legislation.

Pauline has experience in conveyancing transactions, funds litigation and large debt enforcement. She has acted for and against financial institutions in insolvency proceedings involving millions of euro.

Prior to joining the firm, she spent over six years as an associate solicitor in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department of a large commercial law firm in Dublin.

Pauline has a particular interest in alternative dispute resolution such as mediation and arbitration and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
