Main areas of expertise


Feena has practised in recent years primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, regulatory law, fitness to practice and administrative law. She has worked both in private practice, including for over ten years in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department of one of Ireland’s top five law firms, and in-house, as Solicitor to the Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse and in a senior legal and management role in one of the Irish healthcare regulators.

She has acted in numerous commercial disputes, including multi-party disputes, and in many judicial review cases. She has acted for both plaintiffs and defendants and represented clients up to Supreme Court level. She has wide-ranging litigation project management experience.

She has advised numerous clients, both private clients and statutory bodies, on data protection matters, in particular prior to the GDPR coming into effect.

Feena lectures on fitness to practise matters for the Law Society of Ireland.
