Beale and Company Expand Construction Practice

Beale and Company has announced the appointment of partner Simon Delves from Shadbolt LLP.
Simon will join the firm on 1 February 2010 with two Shadbolt associates Claire Miller and Bevan Farmer, to bolster further the highly regarded construction practice at Beale and Company.
Simon is recognised as one of the leading individuals in the field of construction law and specialises in advising on building, construction and engineering projects both domestically and internationally.
These appointments will bring the total construction practice at the firm to 23 dedicated lawyers.

His significant experience on international construction disputes and projects will contribute greatly to our strategy of developing the international side of our practice. Simon's practice complements well our existing construction practice in the UK."
The appointments follow the hire of John Sheils, also from Shadbolt LLP, last October. John is a partner in Beale and Company's growing construction practice in Dublin.
